FACTS:
Following Race 2 Information A15597 was filed with the Adjudicative Committee.
Mr Mudhoo admitted a breach of Rule 638(3)(g)(i) in that he struck his mount “HEY HEY HEY” six times prior to the 100m.
Mr Mudhoo said that he understood the Rule and the charge.
Mr Davidson showed film replays and identified the six strikes being applied.
DECISION:
As the charge was admitted, it was found proved.
PENALTY SUBMISSIONS:
Mr Mudhoo’s record showed two prior breaches of the Rule:
13.08.22 Fined $250
19.11.22 Fined $500
Mr Goodwin said that the starting point for this breach is a fine of $500 and a 2-day suspension.
Mr Mudhoo did not comment.
