EVIDENCE:
An Information Instigating a Protest was lodged by Stipendiary Steward Miss P Kinsey against the 4th placing of CHICAGO H on the grounds of breaking in the last 200 metres and galloping in excess of 50 metres.
Mr Derek Balle the Trainer of CHICAGO H was present at the Hearing and advised that he did not contest the Protest.
SUBMISSIONS:
Miss Kinsey sought disqualification of CHICAGO H.
REASON FOR DECISION:
The Protest is not contested.
CONCLUSIONS:
CHICAGO H is disqualified from the race.
