Following on from the Ruling sought for permission to late scratch and not being granted, Mr McNab advised that DONTTELLTIMMY was late scratched. Mr Pike was therefore charged with a breach of Rule 534(1).

Stipendiary Steward Mr Dooley sought a fine of $300 given that there was only one horse involved.
REASON FOR PENALTY:
Mr Pike scratched DONTTELLTIMMY after the declared scratching time and there had not been a change to the track conditions.
