Ms Spratt admitted a breach of Rule 638(3)(g)(i) in that she struck her mount “CON ARTIST” 6 times with her whip prior to the 100m (5 is the limit).
Ms Spratt confirmed that she admitted the breach and that she understood the Rule.
Film replays clearly showed the 6 strikes prior to the 100m.
DECISION
As the charge was admitted it was found proved.

Mr Jones said that Ms Spratt had a clear record for the past six months.
He referred to the Penalty Guide.
Ms Spratt did not comment when invited to do so.
