Race 3 COLCHESTER 2000m
FUN NEVER SETS (S Spratt) – Trainer Ms. K Hoskin advised Stewards, he was satisfied with the post-race condition of the filly, however, FUN NEVER SETS has now been sent for a spell.

Race 4 MATAMATA FUNCTION CENTRE 2000m
LINGUN XIONGFENG (G Rooke) – Trainer Ms. P Gerard reported to Stewards, she was satisfied with the post-race condition of the entire, and advised the intention is to continue with LINGUN XIONGFENG’S current preparation.

Race 5 FAIRVIEW MATAMATA 1200m
NICCONI COUNTY (T Moodley) – Co-trainer Mr. R Vance reported to Stewards, after undergoing a post-race endoscopic examination which showed mucus in the gelding’s trachea, NICCONI COUNTRY was placed on a four-day treatment of medication. R Vance further advised it is the stables intention to look to nominate NICCONI COUNTRY at the Racing Tauranga meeting on Saturday 15 March.
