Miss Haley alleged that Miss Cameron (QUARTERBACK) used her whip with more than a wrist flicking motion in the run home.
Miss Haley identified the Respondent’s horse on the video and demonstrated towards the end of the home straight Ms Cameron used her whip with more than a wrist flicking motion on 5 occasions.
Miss Cameron agreed with the count and said she did not intend to do it.
As Miss Cameron has admitted the breach, it is found to be proved.
Miss Haley produced the Respondent’s record which was clear under the Whip Rule. Miss Cameron has had 174 lifetime drives: 116 drives this season; and 58 the last. Miss Haley described the breach as low end.
Miss Cameron did not disagree with this.
The breach is low end and Miss Cameron’s record under this Rule is very good. She is fined the sum of $200 as per the Penalty Guide.
