MEGALOMANIAC (L Allpress) – Trainer Mr. A Carston advised Stewards he was satisfied with post-race condition of the gelding, however, has now been sent for a spell.

FIRST ROCK (S Toolooa) – Trainer Mr. R Didham reported to Stewards, FIRST ROCK underwent a veterinary examination on Friday, 26 August which included x-rays, with results showing slight swelling to the near front fetlock. R Didham further advised the mare has been rested this week, however, will look to return FIRST ROCK to track work once the swelling subsides.

CAUSE CELEBRE (B May) – Trainer Mr. P Harris advised Stewards, he was satisfied with the post-race condition of the gelding, and it is his intention to continue on with CAUSE CELEBRE’S current preparation, where he will be nominated for the Canterbury Jockey Club meeting on Saturday 3 September.
