On 15 June 2022 the Racing Integrity Board has brought a charge against a trainer in charge of a greyhound nominated to compete in a race for failing to present a greyhound free of the category 2 prohibited substance methamphetamine. This is an offence under the provisions of rule 61.1 of the greyhound rules of racing.
This charge is awaiting a hearing before an RIB Adjudicative Committee at which a determination will be made in relation to details for public release.
