RUACHE (W Pinn) – Trainer Mr. B Foote advised Stewards, RUACHE, underwent a veterinary examination on both Monday 20 March and Tuesday 21 March, which revealed no abnormalities. B Foote further advised the gelding has now been sent for a spell.

AVONDALAY (O Bosson) – Te Akau Racing Manager Mr. R Trumper reported to Stewards, the mare underwent a veterinary examination on Monday 20 March which revealed no abnormalities. R Trumper further advised it is the stables intention to carry on with AVONDALAY’S current preparation.
