FACTS

The film replays were shown with Mr Mulcay identifying “CALL ME TROUBLE” back on the 40m mark.

DECISION
As the charge was admitted it was deemed proved.
PENALTY SUBMISSIONS

Mr Butcher asked for some leniency and said that Ms Ranger had only had 30 Raceday drives.
REASONS FOR PENALTY
Taking into account Ms Ranger’s inexperience along with penalties imposed for similar breaches, a fine of $200 was deemed appropriate.
